OD On-Line System

Gas Wedge

During the metallizing process thin film web is appressed with the cooling drum, the cooled drum can reduce the web temperature after that the evaporated aluminum is deposited onto it. This method is the most widely applied in vacuum aluminization. However, such an aluminizing process results wrinkles on the web surface due to the high temperature up to 1700 ℃ on the deposition side and low temperature caused by the drum on the other side. Furthermore, as the web surface is wrinkled, uncoated web can be forced to move, light line problem occurs therefore.  Light line is one of the most intractable difficulties in metallization industry, to eliminating it, some modifications are attempted, such as the design of spread roll with larger radian or the optimization of film speed and layer thickness. Nevertheless, no significant improvement has been proven, meanwhile, new problems can result from these modifications, for example, spread rolls with larger radian can damage the film.
Gas wedge is applied in our drum metallizer for eliminating light lines and improving the quality of metallized film. 

Plasma Treaterment

It’s well-known that surface preparation can improve and enable adhesive success.Substate material physical surface preparation methods are often used to support better bonding.

On-line plasma treating are gaining in popularity for their ability to clean film surfaces. Their capacity to provide consistent and repeatable performance as part of an metallizer process make the technologies ideal for high adhesive and bonding applications.

High Deposition Design

Two type high deposition design to meet special customer requirement,as following.
 
 High density evaporation boat design
This design really come true metallizer running high speed with flexible packaging requirement OD,which will be help customer increase production efficency and reduce production cost. (2.0 OD, 1200m/min)
 
 Induction heating design
One time metallizing Max.OD value up to 2-3.5 OD,it speical suitable high-radiation flux area for prolong food expiration date than normally OD standard. (2.0 OD.800m/min)

Reciprocate Design

This design realizes metallizing film reciprocate circle from unwind to rewind without open vacuum chamber,it help customer come true more layer metallizing at one time.

If join the induction heating source, it can metallizer AL,Cu,Ag with high layer thickness without open vacuum chamber, it also add metallized material adhesion between one time vacuum.
Power consumption and clean time & vacuum time save too much compare with traditional metallized method,it’s not only as one kind technology revolution and also create big economic value for all customer.
