Vacuum Chamber

There are two aspects to this equipment: space environment simulation module and vacuum acquisition system. The device can simulate the low pressure of the space environment. The equipment vacuum acquisition system uses the turbomolecular pump as the main pump, and the rotary vane mechanical pump as the front stage of the molecular pump and the pre-pumping of the chamber, which can quickly get the clean working vacuum pressure required by the experiment. The whole set of equipment has strong expansibility, compact structure, high stability and convenient operation.
